River Valley Insurance Group, Inc opened for business in June of 1992 by Ralph and Bonnie Lee. River Valley is a locally owned and operated agency.
Ralph Lee – After 7 ½ years in the Army, Ralph started his insurance career as a trainee with Federated Insurance of Owatonna Minnesota. He underwent an intensive year of specialized insurance training with Federated before moving to Madison, Indiana. Ralph is currently a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). He works with Commercial Insurance.
Bonnie Lee – is a licensed agent working with Personal Lines. She is the Personal Lines manager as well as the Office Manager.
Julie – is a licensed agent working with Commercial and Personal Lines.
Amy – is a Customer Service Representative who assists our customers with billing and insurance changes.
